The current policy does not specify a required amount of time between warnings before a fine or tow. When the parking enforcement packet was written, at least 24 hours between each warning was implied. Vote YES to formalize a time span of at least 24 hours between warnings and initiating a non-consensual tow only after the 4th warning.

The board has many other mechanisms to enforce parking, including warnings, fines, cease and desist orders....Vote YES to prohibit towing for any vehicle parked in a designated guest area if the owner of the vehicle is an Owner, tenant, visitor, guest, invitee, or other Related Party.
